You’ll feel at home

L’Erta di Quintole is located near Impruneta, about 10 km from the center of Florence, in one of the most beautiful areas of the Tuscan countryside. Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, the farm covers an area of about 15 hectares and offers accommodation in three apartments: one converted from a farmhouse and two from renovated agricultural outbuildings. Guests have access to a large pool immersed in greenery and the scents of aromatic herbs.

A green and fragrant extra virgin olive oil

From our 2,500 olive trees, we produce an organic extra virgin olive oil: a balanced oil with a fruity aroma, slightly bitter and pleasantly spicy, typical characteristics of Tuscan olive oil, which have earned the L’Erta di Quintole extra virgin prestigious awards over time.

During your stay, you can enjoy delightful opportunities. You’ll be guided to discover the olive oil tasting technique, visit the cooperative mill where our olives are processed, immerse yourself in art and nature activities to explore the area and its flora, and dedicate time to creativity in the bookbinding workshop annexed to the agriturismo.
